how to forget about the bad memories?

hi again ! it's ur friend dina ,today i have some great advices ur gonna like it am sur , everyone of us has bad memories , rigth ?, one day u just remember it all and u start to cry sadently , wird ha will i got the perfect advice 4 that . after that bad memorie find a song where u find ur self lost in the lyrics and keep singing and than all u gonna do is remember the upside of that memorie ,u find the positive of that memorie or the event or a persone maybe , u dont lock ur self in ur room or in the bathroom ,

cause it's not gonna help all it's gonna do it's making the situation

and if u dont like songs or singing find some game u like to play like soccer "football" ,basket ball Basketball

or even the game that i did told u about early "guitarhero" all am trying to say is dont stay sad for toolong u have to move on Crying or Very sad
